About Us

We’re Known by the Companies We Keep

We started as LMI – where LMI stood for Lighting Maintenance, Inc. – but as power and connectivity became more sophisticated so did our business. Today LMI represents Leadership in our industry, Motivation to serve and an Intelligent approach to providing the right solutions for our customer’s business technology.

LMI has become one of the leading electrical contractors and systems integrators with successful projects across North America, and we’ve done that by leveraging our long-standing relationships with a broad range of vendors to deliver high-quality, cost-effective services at scale.

Never one to rest on our laurels, we made a commitment to do what no other technology company has ever done: provide our complete suite of enterprise-level technology solutions to businesses of all sizes, regardless of their scale. Thus was born LMI’s TaaS PAK division (Technology as a Service). As a subscription based model, with no upfront costs (CapEx), bundled into an easy monthly fee (OpEx), TaaS PAK offers business owners more choices when it comes to state of the art technology with unparalleled 24/7 white glove customer support.

We’re proud of our long tradition of innovation built on a solid foundation of trust, with 60+ years of experience in designing and delivering tech solutions for any size of enterprise — from local businesses like Tam’s Tupelo Restaurant in Cumming, GA; Lake Hartwell Ford in Royston, GA; and Atlanta All Print Media in Norcross, GA, to nationally known brands like Starbucks®, Discount Tire®, and The Chop House®, to name only a few. These customers come back to us again and again because we deliver real value informed by a deep commitment to service.
